You have 60 days to return your pair of shoes for an exchange, gift card or refund* from the date of purchase. Non Returnable items include sale/clearance items, panties, hosiery, wigs, pasties, and costumes. These items are considered final sale. *Delays from courier companies and our shipping team may occur during peak periods such as Christmas and Thanksgiving.
*If you are considered rural or out of the area, your order will automatically be shipped via Canada Post Expedited service. If you have a P.O. Box or a RPO box, again your order will automatically be shipped via Canada Post Expedited shipping. Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut are all shipped via Canada Post Expedited service only.
*Packages that are unclaimed or considered "RTS (Return To Sender)" from the courier company for an incomplete address, will be subject to reshipping charge/restocking fee. Please double check your address before submitting your order. If you do notice an error with your address, please notify us via email or phone within 24 hours of placing your order so we can make the change before your package is shipped out.
