Do these run true to size?

Yes, the Adore-709RC runs true to size. Pleaser does not carry half sizes. If between sizes, go up.

How does the platform affect the height?

The 2.75-inch platform takes most of the angle out of the 7-inch heel, reducing the effective lift to around 4.25 inches. This makes the height far more manageable than a stiletto of the same measurement. The platform carries the majority of the work, so most customers at this height are comfortable once they build confidence at the elevation.

What should I know before wearing the Adore-709RC for the first time?

Walk around at home for 30 minutes before your first class or performance. The platform sole keeps the foot in a stable position from the first wear. Wearing them with socks during the first few uses can help soften the material and reduce friction. Build up to longer sessions gradually and stick to smooth indoor surfaces.

Who is the Adore-709RC best suited for?

Pole dancers, pole fitness students, exotic dancers and drag artists who perform or train at height. The Adore-709RC is the standard sandal format for pole dance and stage performance, worn at studios, on stage and at exotic dance venues where maximum height and foot visibility are the priority.

Is the Adore-709RC vegan, how do I care for it, and how long will it last?

Yes, the Adore-709RC is fully vegan and made without any animal-derived materials. Wipe with a dry or very slightly damp cloth to keep the patent finish clean. Store away from direct sunlight to prevent the finish from dulling over time. These hold up well with regular care.

Not for narrow feet

"I tried these in both a size 6 and 7, and I typically wear a size 7 and have narrow feet. The 6 fit snug length wise (which I prefer), and the 7 were okay length wise. The toe strap on both fit me too lose and allowed my feet to slide forward to the point that my toes hung over the edge, the size 7 was much worse for the overhang than the size 6. I do not recommend these for narrow feet. The insole is very comfy and doesn't make my feet sore, and they look exactly as pictured."

I typically wear a size

"I typically wear a size 7 and have narrow feet and I tried these in both a 6 and 7. The 6 fit snug length wise which is what I prefer, but the toe strap is lose and allows my foot to slip forward to the point my toes are over the edge. The 7 was a decent fit for the length of my foot but my toes hang over the front even worse than the size 6. I do not recommend these for narrow feet. However, the insole is very comfortable, and they are exactly as pictured. As a bonus, exchanging the size was super easy."
