My heart always feels so happy after performances 🥰🥰🥰 This was a really important performance for me. Not only was it my first performance in four years, but it was also my first performance since a pretty debilitating injury. There were times that five minutes of walking would leave me in pain for HOURS. I still get pain if I have to stand too long while waiting for the ttc. So I'm just so incredibly proud of myself and how far I've come! I spent the last 8 weeks lovingly crocheting this cardigan by hand. And I have so much pink purple and red yarn left so I am taking suggestions on what to make with it all 😂 I've also spent the last 8 weeks going extra hard with my lyra training. Through private sessions, extra intermediate classes, and devoting all my gym time towards my lyra. Seeing all the pole baddies last night definitely inspired me to get back into diversifying my training again and leveling up my pole skills. But I'm so grateful to all of my instructors and friends who helped me learn new moves, develop my routine, got high with me while I worked on my cardigan, and just showered me with love and support throughout this whole process. 🥰🥰🥰 And thank you rachels.sea for recording this amazing video for me!
