We are Canadian! No Customs Clearance and Duty Charges

Our packages are shipped and packed  from our warehouse in Montreal. You will have no duties or custom brokerage charges. All our prices are in Canadian Dollars.

Our products are shipped in discreet plain packaging for your privacy for FREE using Canada Post Expedited, Rivo (Air Canada) and FedEx.

*Delays from courier companies and our shipping team may occur during peak periods such as Christmas and Thanksgiving.

*If you are considered rural or out of the area, your order will automatically be shipped via Canada Post Expedited service. If you have a P.O. Box or a RPO box, again your order will automatically be shipped via Canada Post Expedited shipping. Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut are all shipped via Canada Post Expedited service only.  Please add 2-3 business days transit for "rural "or locations considered "out of area". Usually customers that have two zero's in their postal code is considered rural by Canada Post and other courier companies.

*Packages that are unclaimed or considered "RTS (Return To Sender)" from the courier company for an incomplete address, will be subject to reshipping charge/restocking fee. Please double check your address before submitting your order. If you do notice an error with your address, please notify us via email or phone within 24 hours of placing your order so we can make the change before your package is shipped out.

*If you received a notification that your package has been delivered but you did not receive the package, it is super important to notify us right away of the issue so we can contact the courier company and begin a trace.  If a package is deemed lost by the courier company after their investigation, in order for the claim to go through, we have to reship another package with signature and proof of delivery. Once we have the proof of delivery on the second package the courier company will process the final approval. As a result, refunds and gift card options are not available for packages considered lost or stolen.

*After an order is submitted, it is very hard for us to cancel or modify an order. Please double check your order before submitting the order. If a change has to be made, please email us right away with the change(s). If possible, we will gladly make the change for you right away.
