Covid-19 Shipping Update
As part of our proactive approach to everyone's safety, we have instructed Shoefreaks employees to work from home. Our shipping department will resume processing and shipping orders on April 6th, 2020. Expect minor shipping delays until the Covid-19 situation has improved.
We continue to monitor the rapidly evolving situation around COVID-19, and to actively follow the guidance and safety recommendations of the Public Health Agency of Canada.
We are Canadian! No Customs Clearance and Duty Charges
Our packages are shipped from Montreal. You will have no duties or customs clearance issues. All our prices are in Canadian Dollars.
Our products are shipped in discreet packaging (plain package) for your privacy via FREE Canada Post Expedited or for a surcharge, FedEX Overnight or Canada Post Xpresspost.
Please allow 1-3 business days to process and ship your order. Depending on area of residence, you should receive your package within 2-7 business days. All orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited service with a tracking number. Do take advantage of our FREE SHIPPING* option on any size order.
As a premium service we now offer FedEX Overnight & Canada Post Xpresspost (1-2 Business Days For Ontario & Quebec and 2-3 Business Days for the other provinces.) *Please note these are transit times once shipped. Processing time for all orders are 1-3 business days. For rural areas, please note additional fees may apply. If your postal code has a number "0" as the second digit, this may apply to you. You will be contacted via email.Some exceptions may apply if you are considered "rural" where Canada Post charges a surcharge. You will be notified before shipping if this applies to your purchase.
At this time, we do not offer an overnight option. If you do need something rushed, please contact customer service and we will try to help ensure you get the package quicker. Please note, there are no deliveries on weekends and holidays.
*For customers who do not receive mail on a daily basis, we may notify you regarding a shipping fee. This occurs mostly when your postal code has the number "0" in it. Unfortunately Canada Post does charge a surcharge for deliveries to these areas. We already subsidise your shipping with our "Free Shipping on Every Order" campaign. We will email you promptly if your order applies for these extra shipping charges. Generally those charges range from $5-$20.
Please note, for packages that are unclaimed or considered "RTS (Return To Sender)" via Canada Post for an incomplete address, will be subject to reshipping charge/restocking fee. Please double check your address before submitting your order. If you do notice an error with your address, please notify us via email or phone within 24 hours of placing your order so we can make the change before your package is shipped out.
After an order is submitted, it is very hard for us to cancel or modify an order. Please double check your order before submitting the order. If a change has to be made, please email us right away with the change(s). If possible, we will gladly make the change for you right away.
