    FREE shipping on all orders within Canada.

    Please allow a minimum of 1-3 business days for orders to be processed and shipped out of our warehouse in Montreal, Canada. In general, depending on area of residence, you should receive your order within 5-8 business days.

    *Shipping companies globally are experiences delays due to the pandemic and labour shortages. Our team is working hard to ensure packages leave our warehouse in a timely manner, however, some delays may occur.

    *If you are considered rural or out of area, your order will automatically be shipped via Canada Post Expedited service. If you have a P.O. Box or a RPO box, again your order will automatically be shipped via Canada Post Expedited shipping. North West Territories, Yukon, Nunavut are all shipped via Canada Post Expedited service only.

    *Delays from courier companies may occur during peak periods such as Christmas and Thanksgiving.

    Due to the pandemic, courier companies (Canada Post and FedEx) are not guaranteeing delivery dates currently. For the most part, we are not seeing any major delays currently.

    We are Canadian! No Customs Clearance and Duty Charges

    Our packages are shipped from Montreal. You will have no duties or customs clearance issues. All our prices are in Canadian Dollars.

    Our products are shipped in discreet packaging (plain package) for your privacy via FREE Canada Post Expedited or for a surcharge, FedEX Overnight or Canada Post Xpresspost.

    Please note, for packages that are unclaimed or considered "RTS (Return To Sender)" via Canada Post for an incomplete address, will be subject to reshipping charge/restocking fee. Please double check your address before submitting your order. If you do notice an error with your address, please notify us via email or phone within 24 hours of placing your order so we can make the change before your package is shipped out.

    After an order is submitted, it is very hard for us to cancel or modify an order. Please double check your order before submitting the order. If a change has to be made, please email us right away with the change(s). If possible, we will gladly make the change for you right away.
