    You have 60 days from the date of purchase to return your pair of shoes for a different size of the same style, gift card or  refund (some conditions apply).  

    All merchandise must be unworn. Any shoes returned with signs of wear or damage that may have occurred while in possession of the customer will prohibit your return. We can only accept returns that are in a resalable condition with the original box with no markings, tape etc. on the original shoe box.  The shoes must be in "like new" condition.  We do suggest packing the shoe box inside another box or poly bag as the original shoe box must be returned undamaged and postage-free.

    Returns must include the original packaging in its original condition.


    WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-EXCHANGEABLE AND CONSIDERED FINAL SALE?

    Sale or Clearance items are non-returnable and are considered Final Sale. Please make sure you order the correct size and colour.

    Lingerie exempt items include: Clearance/Sale items, hosiery, stockings, panties, costumes, pasties and accessories (included wigs, shorts etc.) are considered final sale. All lingerie returns go through a thorough inspection for worn items, scent, perfumes etc. Please make sure the items are in their original new and unworn condition and that you have the complete original packaging, including tags, hangers etc.

    RETURN OPTIONS

    0-21 days from purchase: refund, gift card, or size/color exchange.

    21-60 days from purchase: gift card or size/color exchange only.

    1. Size / Color Exchange:  You can request a new size or color of your choice.

    If you selected a size / color exchange as an option, you will receive a new invoice with your new size / color + a return label fee of $13.99+tax*. Once payment is received, your new size will be processed to ship out usually within 1-2 business days. 

    2. Request New Style:  If you would like a different style, we will issue you a gift card equal to the value of your initial purchase less a return label fee of $13.99+tax* which can then be used  to purchase a new style.

    You will be emailed a digital gift card voucher which you can apply at checkout on your next order.  Please note, the return label fee of $13.99+tax* will be deducted from your gift card at this point. 

    3. Refund: We will issue a refund to your original payment method. A restocking fee of $7.99+tax per pair and a return shipping label of $13.99+tax* would be applicable.  Refunds take 1-2 weeks to process once we receive your returned item(s).  Refund request must be made within 21 days from date of purchase.

    *This is the fee for 2 or less pairs of shoes. If returning 3 or more pairs, additional fees may apply. Contact support@shoefreaks.ca for details. 


    HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

    You will get an email notification once we receive your return.  Once received, please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your request.


    I GOT MY ORDER BUT THE ITEM IS WRONG OR DAMAGED?

    Please email customer service right away at support@shoefreaks.ca with your order number.  If an item is damaged, please include a detailed description of the issue with a few images of the problem. 


    OTHER RETURN NOTES:

     

    • Manufacturer defects must be reported within 15 days of receipt of goods.
    • All returned merchandise must include an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.  You will receive this number once your return is approved.
    • Limit of one exchange (RMA) per order. 
    • Return Refund Request:  ,A refund can only be made to the method of payment used on your order.  If you placed your order using a gift card, a refund would apply to your original gift card.
