Description
Criss-cross sandals with glossy look, two crossed straps around the toes, two on the instep and two side straps which cross on front, wrap the ankle and fasten on the exterior side with a discreet metallic buckle. The ankle strap is adjustable, for a perfect fit. The sole is in matching color and features a 0.75 inch (2 cm) front platform and 5 inch (12.5 cm) high heels in matching colour and texture.

One more step. And it was a big one, yet the anxiety was very very low leading up to it.

The kids’ mom is up visiting the kids for March break. We’ve been divorced for quite a while but we always try to do what’s best for the kids. She’s staying in the house so she can get as much time with them as possible. She was also one of the people I came out to first, I figured she should hear it from me in case one of the kids figured it out and mentioned it to her.
•
She went out to do some shopping and have supper with the kids, so I took the quiet house time as an opportunity to practice with the wig and makeup again. I wasn’t sure if I was going to leave it on, or take it off before they got home. In the end, I was sitting watching the hockey game with my bestie and I decided to just stay me.
•
This was the first time someone other than the kids has seen me in person dressed as me. There was no big deal made about it, and the rest of the evening was just a normal evening in the house. I’m not sure what her thoughts are, but I’m not overly concerned. I felt comfortable, and that’s what matters.
•
I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to feel and look girly for a bit when I went up to bed.

It’s been a hot minute since I’ve been able to set some time aside to practice doing my makeup and get dressed up.
•
After spending the past few days watching some videos on the Got2b method for gluing down wigs, and a few videos on contouring, I finally had time tonight to take a first crack at them.
•
For a first try at the gluing, it didn’t go too bad, it definitely felt more secure, but I need to make a few adjustments to the wig to help it fit my head better.
•
I’m really happy with the makeup results tonight. A couple of my friends have told me that if they didn’t already know better they would have just thought I was physically a woman. I don’t think I could have asked for a better compliment than that.
•
I definitely get a little carried away with taking pics. Sorry not sorry.
•
Oh, and I am most certainly a fan of the low rise jeans. I finally look like I have a bit of a torso.
