In the photo I have added a comment from tiktok on a video regarding it being okay to be attracted to disabled people posted by another disabled person talking about the infantilization of disabled adults and the fact that some abled bodied people act like it is a crime to be attracted to a disabled person. An abled bodied man commented back saying being attracted to a disabled person feels equivalent to being attracted to children. Disabled people are capable and worthy of love. Children cannot consent. Most disabled adults can. Comparing liking a disabled person to being attracted to children is incredibly ableist. Stop infantilizing disabled people.
