What an experience! 🥉
The last 16 weeks I committed myself to preparing for a National Competition. I grew so much out of my comfort zone with gaining weight, pushing into a big caloric deficit and giving this my absolute all. And that’s now all the baseline for my standards.
Being able to walk on this stage amongst pro champions was a privilege, let alone being able to place 3rd in Bikini class D (based on height)
atlasbodybuilding is the MF GOAT. the.mexecutioner and __4bidden__ taught me how to stay focused and develop a pro mentality.
Un mil gracias to chrisbonoaroundtheworld to be my biggest supporter and help me with every single thing I needed. Tú eres mi todo para mi vida. Thank you to everyone who helped me look like a fcking queen on stage (tagged!) and to my clients and friends who cheered me on harder than I could have ever imagined. Pinché te amo todo!

Here for the progress 👋🏼
Day 2 ✌🏼 of daily posing practice.
I feel rusty and awkward,
I feel wobbly and unbalanced,
I feel like I need to get my shit together and embrace the suck and keep practicing because that’s the only way I’m going to get better. #mexecute
Not perfect (yet!) but I know I’m going to be better, especially when I have __4bidden__ to guide me. I have lots to work on, but I have a good foundation and I’m confident in my abilities.
I use an app called Streaks to ensure I stick to a daily posing practice habit. That’s been so helpful for me to build my habits, more than just posing!
I already have 2 episodes in my Bikini Prep (MSS) series on my YouTube channel; 3rd video next Tuesday!

It’s almost time, fellas.
I’ve been driving myself NUTS trying to think of which direction to go with suit-wise this year. I LOVE the unique twists that Sarah has done for me two years ago with a maroon suit and little splashes of blue, and this one 👆🏼 I wore last year that’s not quite blue, but not quite purple, depending on what lighting I was in.
No doubt it’ll be another jewel tone, but what colour do I want for Toronto?! 😭
