"I am a size 8. I got size 8 demonia ashes-55 for my wedding. They came super fast and when I tried them on my toe was squished against the top of the boot. I asked to exchange for a size 9. i could not find a big enough box/poly bag anywhere for return so I went straight to canadapost hoping they had something. They didn’t and said they will tape the original bag instead. I returned them, letting shoefreaks know this information as their email said to re-box/bag them. They returned successfully. I am now getting the new size 9’s soon and am so excited. Communication was pretty fast and shoefreaks also accepted my return and sent me the new size."

"Love them! My only dislike is that there is no zipper for easy on & off. The buckles snag a bit cuz of the bat shape, but worth it! I'm a 6.5 and got a 7 and they fit perfectly, but if I was a full 7 they'd prob feel a bit tight at first. The foam sole is light and they're easy to walk in! The quality is great and they look amazing 😍"
