Wide ankles???

"I LOVE these boots and I wear them whenever I can. They for perfectly and reach just under the knee. I find that these boots would be a complete dream had the designers kept the ankle measurements the same as the original. I have 18 in calves and while the calves fit beautifully the ankles are big and cause rhe fabric to bunch up. It's a bit unflattering but I'm more concerned about what the means for the longevity of the boot. I'm looking into buying the camels and I'm happy that those Lace up so I won't have the same issue. Again I absolutely ADORE them, just wish the ankle space was a bit more realistic"
