fits really funny regular size super small

"i ordered my regular size, size 10 & they were too small my toe kept touching the end of the shoe. i so i exchanged for an 11 & they’re way too big & slip off my heel, i would make the strap tighter with the velcro but there is no option for that. they also half a defect in the sole where there’s a bump in the sole by my big toe. i am unable to to return/exchange because of the defect making them unwearable. really sucks. they are super cute though!"
