You’re welcome to request a return at this time, but please note that due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, you won’t be able to ship your package back until the strike ends. Don’t worry—we will extend our deadlines accordingly to make sure you have plenty of time to complete your return.

As soon as Canada Post resumes normal operations, you’ll be able to complete your return with ease.
