"These boots are really, really cute! Unfortunately I wouldn’t really consider the wide calf, I’m 5 ft and 170lbs so I got wide calf but I couldn’t zip it passed half way. I liked them so much though I went to a cobbler to get them adjusted, once I did they’ve been great I love wearing them out! I do recommend them but you may need to adjust them if you have a wider calf for sure."

The shoe on these is

"The shoe on these is true to size, pretty comfortable as well. I'll be able to spend an entire party in these shoes. The look is exactly what I needed for my costume. I measured the widest part of my calf to make sure I bought the right boot. My measurement was exactly what the information on this boot stated. They are quite tight. As a result they slip and create that unfortunate ankle pooling that is so undesirable in a go go boot. I'm going to stitch in some grip tape to the top and hopefully that helps, but getting them on is a trial and because they're basically a slightly stretchy vinyl, they're pretty toasty. It'll be hot out when I wear them, late June disco birthday party on a boat in Vancouver, I have no doubt my legs will be swimming by the end of the night... But the look will be spot on!"
